Filtering Opportunity reports


The opportunity based reports have a significantly different Define Filters dialog from the one used with the contact reports. It appears generally the same but there is one significantly different option.

How to do it…

  1. 1. From any screen in the ACT! program, click on Reports in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. 2. In the Report List, double-click on the Opportunities by Status report.

  3. 3. In the Opportunities section, uncheck Closed - Lost and Inactive.

  4. 4. Click the dropdown for Date Range and select Last Month.

  5. 5. Click the dropdown for Send the report output to and select Preview.

  6. 6. Click the radio button for All users.

  7. 7. Click OK to run the report with these filter options.
