In this chapter, we have learned how important it is for an IT manager to have a good level of emotional intelligence that enables him to know himself and to know and manage his people. We have learned the emotional intelligence of the five most challenging MBTI personality types: ESTJ, ENTJ, ISTJ, INFJ, and INTP that are found with more frequency in positions of managers, leaders, and high achieving employees in the IT area. We have learned the strengths and weakness of these five personality types. We have learned how these five personality types are seen in the workplace as employees, subordinates, and managers. We have learned how they can improve their emotional intelligence skills to be easier to work with them. We have learned how to manage extroverts and introverts at work to have a great workplace environment and increase productivity.
