Any administrator's aim is to keep the vSphere environment in top working order, but there will be problems that occur from time to time. When this happens, the administrator needs to have a plan to find the problem, determine the impact on the environment and quickly come up with a resolution. This chapter will give guidance on developing a troubleshooting plan, and provide the information needed to decide on fixing the issue or opening a support ticket with the vendor, or other support solutions.
