SQL Saturday is a technical event, where IT developers and professionals, typically in hourly-based sessions, present technical content about SQL Server and other data-oriented content. It is a community event organized in a city, by some tech people once a year. It's a spare time activity for those tech people, based on sponsorship and volunteer contribution.
There are many organizational issues: one of these is giving all information to attendees, such as general information, day scheduling, session information and session feedback. In general, all of this information can be given on paper: print off the scheduling and post it on the wall or print sheets so every attendee can take it. When the session is done, everyone picks up an evaluation sheet, completing it by using a pen and then putting it in a closed box.
