Business Intelligence Education

We all walk on the shoulders of giants, but when learning on our own, we may lack the right guidance. For some, education is an iterative process. You receive education and then put it into practice so that when you go back to a training program, you understand it better and can fill the gaps in your knowledge.

Although we strongly recommend taking the same approach – education, followed by practice, and continuing with training – because of how expensive it can be, books and practice are always a great alternative. The internet has all the tools you need, and most of them are open source.

In this chapter, we’ll provide insights and recommendations for coursework and academic programs that can improve and refine your skills.
