Implementing Conditional Access Policy Controls

Conditional Access policy controls are the decisions that take effect when the conditions specified in a policy are met. They are the then in the if-then statements that define Conditional Access policies. The controls can be categorized into three main actions: grant access, require additional actions, or block access. The following step-by-step guide shows how to implement a Conditional Access policy:

  1. Continuing from where you left off in the previous section, navigate to the Access controls area to define the controls enforced when the conditions are met.
  2. Under Grant, click 0 controls selected to expose the Grant flyout.
