Introduction


In the previous chapter, we entered a website and organized the information in order to design a mind map, instead of doing it from scratch, focusing on what we wanted our students to do with it. In this chapter, however, we are going to design a mind map from the very beginning. Besides, we are going to focus on what to pay special attention to when organizing it.

In this chapter we will focus on literature, so we will organize each of the recipes in such a way that the mind map enhances little by little. So, taking the topic into consideration, we will deal with the well-known French novel—The Phantom of the Opera, written by Gaston Leroux.

The mind map will offer the reader of the novel a method of organizing the information in such a way that a person who reads that mind map would know what happens in the novel without even reading it. This will depend on how the information is organized.
