Firebase Cloud Functions is a serverless computing solution to building event-driven applications. Firebase Cloud Functions helps developers to develop solutions quickly and efficiently, without the trouble of managing the server. Although the product is in beta stage, it has so many things to offer developers. Google and Firebase teams have built numerous features in Firebase Cloud Functions, and the tool is continuously evolving. Within the Google Cloud platform, there exists another Cloud Function tool called Google Cloud Functions targeting Google Cloud platform services.
