Summary

In this chapter, you learned how to add a cluster node to a running cluster configuration, and how to remove a cluster node from it without any cluster service disruption or downtime. You also learned how to put a cluster in standby mode, which is particularly useful when performing maintenance work on the cluster node. In the next chapter, you will learn about the fencing mechanism and how to configure it.
