In this chapter, we saw different ways of customizing the e-mail administration in Salesforce—starting from configuring My Domain to customizing the Salesforce login page. We also discussed how to set Email Footers and Compliance BCC, and how to enable the Email to Salesforce feature. Finally, we also discussed organization-wide default e-mail addresses and Google Apps settings.
In the next chapter, we will discuss Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in detail with the creation of custom objects, tabs, and apps.
