Process steps

As we go through this chapter, you’ll notice that this phase of the design process is very tightly bound to the execution of our vision. This is by design. At this level of specificity, the execution of the design and the design itself are tightly intertwined. Therefore, as we move through this chapter, we will be concentrating both on the creation of the design itself and on the process of how we will achieve this. Due to this, we will also present two examples of how to effect the technical strategy through two hypothetical situations, both drawn from real-world business challenges that organizations are currently struggling with. We believe that breaking these examples down best illustrates how to overcome the technical design challenges that we might encounter.
