I'd like to dedicate this book to my mum and dad who have had to deal with a tough six months, and thank my wife, Charlene, for her continued support through this second edition—it has been a bigger piece of work than expected! I extend a special thank you as well to my co-author, Cody Bunch, for helping the continued success of this book, and the immense work the tech editors have done.
