In this chapter, you reviewed the extensive feedback capabilities available in Adobe Learning Manager. These capabilities are essential to any modern enterprise LMS because they allow the organization to collect valuable learning data and analyze it to document the effectiveness of the learning efforts and the worthiness of the investments being made.

In ALM, these features are based on a well-known theoretical model named the Four Levels of Learning Evaluation that was developed by Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick in the 1950s. Level 1 is the Reaction level, level 2 is the Learning level, and Level 3 is the Behavior level.

L1 and L3 feedback are disabled by default in Adobe Learning Manager. You can enable them either at the course instance level or the account level. Also, remember that these feedback features also apply to learning paths.
