Subscribing to reports

In the Creating custom reports and dashboards section earlier in this chapter, you learned how to create a wide variety of meaningful reports. But these reports are only useful if you visit them from time to time and examine how the figures evolve.

Adobe Learning Manager understands that administrators and managers are very busy with their day-to-day tasks and do not always have the opportunity to log in to the corporate LMS to review stats and reports. Fortunately, you can have Learning Manager email your favorite reports to you on a regular basis.

Note that this is only possible with your own custom reports or with the custom reports that are shared with you.

Let’s see how you can subscribe to such custom reports using the following steps:

  1. From the Custom Reports section of the administrator, click the Dashboard Reports tab to return to the custom reports you created earlier in this chapter.
  2. Choose the report you want to subscribe...
