Dynamic Callable Type
Dynamic callable type is a property you can set on an enum, struct, class or protocol in order to make it dynamically callable. This feature has been added, so that the interoperability between Swift and dynamic languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc. can be better. This feature makes it easy to call Swift functions from these dynamic languages.
