An HTML form is another name for a webform. It’s a site where people can enter data, which is then processed by a server. This course will give you solid fundamentals and practicals regarding forms. Range Type
The range input provides a slider that submits a number. Why not use the number type then? Well, for a few reasons. Firstly, the range type gives us a much cooler UI experience with the slider. Secondly, it's useful for "imprecise" values, or where the specific number chosen is more relative rather than needing to be exact. Another point worth noting is that if no value is provided, the default value of the field to be halfway between the min and max values, if present.
