Summary

In this chapter, we looked at different ways to customize and manage your agile board in Jira. Some of the important points we have covered include managing the permissions and scopes of an agile board, customizing the board's columns, mapping board columns to Jira workflow statuses, and using swimlanes to group similar issues to better categorize our issues.

We also touched on some concepts in Jira, such as permissions and workflows. In the next chapter, we will take a deeper look into these core features of Jira, and how you can customize and manage them to suit your specific needs.
