As a provider of one or more such business critical services, it is very important to both model and monitor these services. The chapters covered so far have gone into considerable detail around the modeling capabilities of OEM Grid Control. As we have already seen in the initial chapters, modern day enterprises provide a large number of services and administrators are required to keep a tab on the health of a large number of these critical services.
