David Embrechts currently works as a senior software architect in Belgium for Contribute NV. David has over 15 years' experience as developer, architect, and technical manager in software development projects. He is currently the practice manager for the ADF and WebCenter development team within Contribute.

Nelson Maia was born in 1987, in São Paulo, Brazil. His first job was as a mathematics teacher in 2005. After that, he has been working with Java Technology. With proven experience in using the major Java frameworks in JEE applications, he has been working with Oracle technologies since 2007, including Oracle Portal, Oracle Application Server, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle Enterprise Content Managent. Since 2010, he has been working as a Oracle WebCenter specialist. Among other certifications that he has obtained are Oracle WebCenter 11g Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Enterprise Content Management Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Application Server Administration I, Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform, Sun Certified Web Component Developer for the Java Platform, and BEA 8.1 Certified Developer.
