The screen framework provided by the SDK is a great way to create an application with a standard user interface. There are many possible field classes that can be used with the screen framework and so far, we've seen only a few of them. This section will cover several of the other common fields that can be used as well. You have probably already seen most of them in another application that comes standard on a BlackBerry. Applications such as Email, Contacts, and Calendar are made using these same tools and will also serve as good examples of what can, and should be done when creating an application.
