Building an Automated flow

In our scenario for the Health Scanner app, the manager of an employee who is scanned as having a body temperature greater than 99°F would need to be notified. In this scenario, when the notification is sent through an email, the manager can plan to carry out the mitigation plan as per the rules laid down within the organization.

For instance, the manager can plan for a substitute for this employee, approve sick leave, or arrange to move this employee to quarantine or provide them with a medical facility. In the following steps, we will see how this notification sending process can be automated, as soon as we have a scan record that meets the criteria, that is, a temperature reading of more than 99°F, without any manual intervention:
