Michael Collard, I. is a computer problem solver. He holds a degree from DeVry University, holds multiple certifications, and has over 25 years of experience with computers. His first computer was a Commodore 64, which was very sensitive to temperature and humidity. Those lessons on environment followed him through his career. While troubleshooting a computer server, program, or installation, he always looks at external factors.

He has been involved in numerous technology startups as a principle or as a consultant. He has also programmed more than 50 Android applications and runs a successful webhosting and web design company.

He lives in Kansas City, MO, with his lovely wife and two great children. He is a distance runner, and has run multiple road races including a marathon.

Jorrit Mertens (MCT, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, MCITP:MBS) is a consultant, trainer, and speaker. He has experience working with a wide range of Microsoft technologies, focusing on enterprise network infrastructure. He has implemented several large Exchange implementations and migrations from non-Microsoft mail solutions to Exchange and Office 365.

Vivek Vinod Sharma is a Technical Consultant with Microsoft who enables partners to position, sell, and deploy Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 by providing end-to-end consulting. As a part of the Microsoft Partner Services team, he has worked with partners and customers in North America on Office 365, Exchange 2010/2013, Lync 2010/2013, Exchange Online Protection, Exchange Hosted Encryption, and Exchange Online Archiving. He has a keen interest in PowerShell scripting and loves to work on new technologies that come around.

Oleg Sokolov is an Enterprise Software Engineer with more than 8 years of industry experience in developing embedded systems and desktop software. He lives and works in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.

Over the last few years, he has been focusing on custom software development based on Microsoft infrastructure solutions, and has good experience in Microsoft products and technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, System Center, Exchange, and Hyper-V virtualization.

He is currently working for Uniglass Ltd. and developing software solutions for the integration of industrial measuring systems into enterprise IT environments.

Linwood Wright, since 1997, has been increasing employee productivity and reducing company expenses and labor hours through technology. He has honed his skills through the years with formal education, personal research, and testing.

Throughout his life, he has enjoyed learning and helping people. With his technical and communication skills, he is able to design and implement alternate methods of achieving the required business results that reduce labor hours and/or expenses.
