Matt Bingham is a Force.com MVP and Sencha-certified specialist. He hails from Australia as an electronic designer. Matt works with BigAss Consulting (bigass.force.com), helping ISVs develop and transform their products on the Salesforce platform.

Steven Herod has 20 years of experience building web-based applications as a developer, architect, and in various technical leadership roles. His last 4 years have been focused on the Salesforce platform. He is a Salesforce MVP, Certified Technical Architect, and Certified Advanced Developer, and he also holds the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administrator, and Advanced Administrator certifications. He co-leads the Sydney Salesforce Developer Group and regularly presents at conferences on cloud-based technologies. Currently, he is the Technical Director for the Asia Pacific and Japan region for Cloud Sherpas. He lives in Wollongong near Sydney, Australia.

John M. Daniel has been working in the technology sector for over 20 years. During that time, he has worked with a variety of technologies and project roles. Currently, John serves as a technical architect for Mavens Consulting, Chicago, Illinois, United States of America; a Salesforce partner with a focus on the Life Sciences space. He currently holds multiple certifications including the Service Cloud Consultant certification and the Advanced Developer certification. John is currently in the process of attaining the Certified Technical Architect certification as well. John's passions are spending time with his family, swimming, and working on various open source projects such as ApexUML.

He has also been a reviewer for Learning Apex Development, Packt Publishing.

Matt Lacey is a Force.com MVP who has been developing on the platform for over 5 years. A passionate community advocate, Matt proposed and now moderates the Salesforce StackExchange site and co-hosts the Code Coverage podcast with Steven Herod. Matt is a co-founder at the S. P. Keasey Trading Co. and Proximity Insight, both Force.com ISV partners.

Andrew Smith has over 12 years of experience in enterprise cloud apps and platforms. As Director of Product Management at salesforce.com for 8 years, he led the development of the Salesforce platform used by third parties to build, distribute, and sell their applications. He advised numerous startups built on Salesforce, helping them refine their offerings to grow their business'. He also designed many of the Salesforce platform development tools used by thousands of customers every day.

Rohit Arora is the founder/CEO at Raider Data Services Private Limited, with over 12 years of extensive experience in building enterprise applications. He is a postgraduate in Business Administration and also a technology enthusiast for cutting-edge technologies introduced in the cloud computing arena.

His company works with major industry leaders in services and product development for the cloud platform. Being actively involved in the design and execution of projects, they have positioned themselves in the market with an edge over similar consulting partners in both service and product development. Their consultants are extremely customer focused and keen learners and seek the opportunity to learn in every project, irrespective of size and scale.

Karanraj Sankaranarayanan, who likes to go by Karan, is a certified salesforce.com developer and works as a Salesforce consultant at HCL Technologies. Karan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Anna University with a specialization in Computer Science. He has more than 4 years of experience in the Salesforce platform and IT industry. He won second place in the Salesforce Summer of Hacks event in Bangalore. He is also the leader of the Chennai Salesforce platform Developer Group based in Chennai, India. Jitendra Zaa (@ilovenagpur) is a Force.com developer and owner of a well-known Salesforce blog, blog.shivasoft.in. He has extensively worked in many areas of Force.com such as integration, data loading, AppExchange, and application development. He is a Java and Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer, Administrator, and Consultant.

He has more than 7 years of experience in software development using Salesforce, Java, Node.Js, AngularJS, PHP, ORMB, J2ME, and ASP.NET technologies. He is currently working with Cognizant Technology Solutions in USA and graduated from RTM, Nagpur University.
