He currently holds multiple certifications including the Service Cloud Consultant certification and the Advanced Developer certification. John is currently in the process of attaining the Certified Technical Architect certification as well. He also designed many of the Salesforce platform development tools used by thousands of customers every day.

Rohit Arora is the founder/CEO at Raider Data Services Private Limited, with over 12 years of extensive experience in building enterprise applications. He is a postgraduate in Business Administration and also a technology enthusiast for cutting-edge technologies introduced in the cloud computing arena.

His company works with major industry leaders in services and product development for the cloud platform.
