Personas

We are going to discuss in this section the professional roles (personas) that we have usually worked with in our career dealing with OpenShift and that, in general, are related to OpenShift on some level.

In the following figure, you will see some of the typical roles from an IT department:

Let's review some of the main technical roles and learn useful information that will allow us to better prepare an organization for OpenShift adoption.
