Whether we are a Small Business or an Enterprise, we learned how to perform migrations by leveraging various scenarios our business state may be in. From simple to rich integration with Exchange Online, Office 365 offers many opportunities for our organizations to quickly integrate and deploy services. As our business grows, the services enables us the flexibility to take advantage of small or large rapid growth, offering federation with other businesses, rapid licensing of a small or large number of mailboxes to quick acquisition provisioning. We can apply the information that we gained from what we have learned to management and future growth of the new service.

Much of what we learned was from a combination of experience, existing documentation, and knowledge sharing. In the following sections, you will find references to further reading or the supporting documentations.
