A Dashboard is a composition of multiple Worksheets but also other objects, such as Container, Text, and Image. The goal of a Dashboard is to provide insights on a regular basis, with each update. A Story is a composition of Worksheets and Dashboards. You can use a Story to do a presentation, or if you've found an interesting story in your data and you want to tell it with Story points and captions.
