As we have shown, the user interface for a URA client is pretty straightforward and does not have many options. However, you must keep in mind that users can still get confused, especially if they suffer from PCPhobia, or are used to classic VPN technologies. In addition, network conditions out in the wild vary, and it's hard to guess what kind of trouble your users will have to deal with. Therefore, it's very important to plan the deployment and provide users with the guidance they need.
One way to do this would be to prepare good support infrastructure, and provide preemptive guidance. Some customers prepare pamphlets or booklets with screenshots, explaining to users how the new technology works and providing steps to follow in case of a problem. Others set up a public web page on the company's website with troubleshooting steps and suggested alternatives in case nothing works. You probably know your users better than anyone, so it would be your prerogative and responsibility...
