Your take away from this chapter should be that the Salesforce1 Platform is awesome. Google is awesome. Put the two together and you get über awesome.

We've shown you how to push all of your data to Google, essentially a one-way sync. I now challenge you to go out there and use this knowledge and Google's documentation (and search engine for Stack Overflow and the likes) to figure out how to sync data from Google into Force.com to create a true bidirectional sync.

Be mindful of limits, and try to think up crazy fun ways of working around them; it's what makes being a Force.com developer fun. While you're at it, try to think of new ideas and things you can do with this integration. For example, many people have more than one calendar that they have access to. How would you go about handling that scenario? You would have to store your tokens differently and identify the matching calendars somehow. What if someone at your organization wanted to use the resources calendar (for rooms, equipment...
