Rusty Green is an enthusiastic software developer who specializes in creating simple and reusable web technology solutions and enjoys collaborating on open source projects. He has a diverse background in technology and holds an MS in information systems engineering and management, a BS in geospatial information systems, an AS in architectural technology, and an array of various certifications. Matthew King is a software development professional from Brandon, Florida. He holds a bachelor's degree in information technology from the University of South Florida. He has a wide range of development experience, including web, desktop, mobile, database, and GIS applications.

Currently, he works in the City of Tampa as an applications systems analyst and database administrator. He spends his free time on mobile, website, and game development as well as actively participating in development user groups throughout the Tampa and Orlando area. Matthew is the co-organizer of the Tampa Mobile Applications Developer user group. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy with 22 years of service.

Dr. Jason E. VanHorn is an associate professor of geography at Calvin College and an expert in cartography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and remote sensing. He holds a PhD from The Ohio State University, a master of science degree from Texas A&M University, and a bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University. He is the chair of the GEO department at Calvin College and his current research foci involve 2D and 3D visualization of physical dune geomorphology and security issues dealing with terrorism and Homeland Security analysis. He has authored numerous publications and online GIS applications and consults on a variety of national and international projects.

Dr. Ashwini Wakchaure, originally an architect and planner from India, has a PhD in design, construction, and planning from the University of Florida. She has been working with GIS technologies for over 10 years now. Primarily an ESRI GIS user, she has extensively worked with the .Net technologies involving ArcObjects, Python, and more recently, in the web GIS development area.
