Now that we have made it to the end of this chapter, let's wrap things up.
We have learned about various advanced debug topics, such as software and hardware tracing, variable and power profiling, RTOS awareness, and monitor mode debugging.
Some of these features are unfortunately not always available, so make sure to check beforehand whether your particular target device and your debug setup support these features.
But if they are available, then depending on the situation, they can be invaluable assets when debugging difficult bugs or doing automated testing of your software.
In some industries, it is even mandatory to use advanced analysis features to qualify your software for certification. So, if you are working in such an industry or are planning to do so, it is recommended to hone your skills in that particular feature set.
