This chapter contains various code examples to explain the concepts that it describes. The code is kept simple and is just for demonstration purposes.
To run and execute the code, you'll need the following prerequisites:
- Visual Studio 2019
- .NET Core 3.1
- A valid Azure account
To install and run these code examples, you'll need to install Visual Studio 2019 (the preferred IDE). To do so, follow these steps:
- Download Visual Studio 2019 (Community is free) from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/install-visual-studio.
- Multiple versions of Visual Studio are available. Follow the installation instructions for your operating system. We are using Visual Studio for Windows.
- Don't forget to install the Azure SDK (select Azure development from the Workloads tab):
