Michelle Moore discovered Moodle five years ago, while completing her MS in Instructional Design and Technology. Michelle's thesis explored quality alternatives to expensive course management systems.

Michelle first used Moodle with her middle school math students. Soon she was sharing and supporting Moodle within her school district. Mark Bailye describes himself as a developer, teacher, and learner. He has wide-ranging industry experience in software and online learning development, and with using information and communication technologies as educational tools. Mark is passionate about medical education, and has developed a wide variety of online solutions aimed at enhancing, engaging, and enriching the learner's experience. Mark has a proven track record in online and face-to-face education and training, and is always keen to develop, pilot, and be involved in projects that have an e-learning focus based on the latest technologies.
