In this chapter, we looked at how we can embed a report inside any entity form by creating a custom solution that uses an HTML web resource. We have also seen how to implement this custom solution on the account entity using the account overview report. We then reviewed the Developer Toolkit, which helps us to work in a more organized manner with custom CRM solutions, getting the benefit of IntelliSense and a deployment capability, which also allows us to integrate our source code with a source controller software such as Team Foundation Server.
In the next chapter we are going to see how we can integrate a report in a dashboard and review the basic and advanced features of the chart controls that come with Dynamics CRM 2011.
