About the Reviewers

Shweta Savale is the cofounding partner and head of client engagements at Syvylyze Analytics LLP, an analytic services company that provides business insights using data visualization. An information technology engineering graduate by qualification, Shweta was instrumental in pioneering Tableau's proliferation and success within India during her prior experience of working with a Tableau partner.

Over the years, she has engaged extensively with some of the leading global and Indian multinationals to help them effectively implement visual analytics using Tableau. Additionally, she has trained over 1,200 Tableau practitioners across more than 80 companies over the course of her career.

In 2014, Shweta cofounded Syvylyze Analytics (www.syvylyze.com), where she spearheads a core Tableau-centric team focused on delivering services that provide business insights using the visual analytic capabilities of Tableau. She says, "Tableau allows us to build dynamic visualizations and analytics at the speed of thought, drastically reducing the turnaround time for interactive dashboard development, making insights actionable for our clients when they are still timely and relevant."

Shweta is currently authoring another book about Tableau, which will be published by Packt Publishing. It is aimed at being a ready reckoner for beginners and advanced users alike.

Darwin Witt is a user experience designer and user researcher based in Seattle, Washington, USA. Having earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Alabama and a master's degree in human-centered design and engineering from the University of Washington, he works on a multitude of projects dealing with medium- and large-scale productivity software. His concerns lie both with understanding the needs of business intelligence and in simplifying and standardizing the process to help make everyone's work a little easier. He has previously worked with Packt Publishing on a webinar series, teaching the basics of Axure as a prototyping tool.
