Working with entities

Entities are used to store Dynamics 365 CE data and metadata. Every entity in Dynamics 365 CE represents a table in a Dynamics 365 CE database. When we set up a Dynamics 365 CE organization, we can acquire many out-of-the-box entities that can be used for different purposes. Entities can be divided into two broad categories:
