All you have to do to shape a new server profile is create a new XML configuration file. As the standalone server holds just a single profile, you will likely want to use either the configuration file named
standalone-full-ha.xml. Both of these ship with WildFly. This configuration file contains all the clustering subsystems.
On the other hand, a domain server is able to store multiple profiles in the core
domain.xml configuration file, hence you can use this file both for clustered domains and for nonclustered domain servers.
