Michael Gill has spent a decade consulting in cloud, helping customers adopt and use platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.com. He has been focused on Salesforce.com since 2009 and holds these Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer. Michael was recently awarded Salesforce MVP for exceptional leadership, knowledge, and ongoing contributions to the ecosystem. He co-writes the hugely popular Salesforceweek.ly blog dedicated to all things Salesforce. He is incredibly active across the Salesforce community, co-organizing the London Salesforce Admin user group as well as solving problems on the success community and developer boards. Neeraj Jadhav works as a Salesforce developer for Think Tech Labs, the top CRM providers for the real estate industry in the USA. He did his bachelor's in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai, India, and his master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. He has been working in the software development industry for four years and has interests in software development with Java as well as web development with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript. He works as a full stack developer in the Salesforce.com domain, working on Visualforce frontend, backend Apex, and SOQL, with experience in administration as well. Vishnu Dutt Kaushal is a technology enthusiast. He started working on the Salesforce platform while pursuing his Bachelor's degree in 2010. He holds a master's degree from the University of Bath (United Kingdom) and started working for Astrea IT Services after completing his degree. He is a Salesforce certified Administrator and Developer, and has been working with Astrea for around two years in a techno-functional role and has vast experience on the Salesforce CRM implementation and app development. He has developed an app called PRINT IT, which is available on appexchange—another one is coming soon. He considers Naveen Gabrani, the CEO of Astrea IT, his mentor and has great regard for him.

Puneet Kumar is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur. After a decade of experience in consulting and training, he started his own venture and successfully established a name in the CRM domain. He has worked with Deloitte, Yahoo, GlaxoSmithKline, GE, Cancer Research, HP, Birlasoft, and a few more. His experience started with developer and designer roles and gradually moved into business analyst, solution architect, project manager, and program manager roles. He has also delivered training to Deloitte, Accenture, GE, Eaton, Bayer, Bajaj Electricals, Hexaware, Wipro, to name a few. Puneet has co-authored Reflections by IITians, a book on his alma mater, IIT Kharagpur. Proceeds from sales of the book benefitted a charity organization devoted to care and treatment of the chronically ill in Chennai.
