CALL TREE


In case of a disaster, the call tree structure is as follows:

The service manager and delivery manager will be notified first. They will decide whether to declare a disaster or not. After that, the Team Leaders and the Active Directory specialists will be notified in order to recover from the disaster. Once the disaster has been overcome and the service is at an acceptable operational level again, the same structure goes backwards to declare the disaster situation over.
