This chapter mainly served to list things that are helpful in strengthening your AD. Even for small and medium-sized organizations, or organizations that already have AD, these points might give new ideas of what can be done to make sure that the infrastructure, which is running the IT backbone, is available, and is stable. Implementing proper Change Management, or administrative delegation, requires some discipline. But once this process is accepted and used, things become much smoother and clearer for the management and the IT leadership.
