Practical Uses of Deep Learning

As an example of using deep learning, we have mainly discussed image classification, such as handwritten digit recognition, which is called "object recognition." However, we can apply deep learning to many problems other than object recognition. Deep learning demonstrates excellent performance for many problems, such as image recognition, sound (speech recognition), and natural language processing.
