Mobile gaming is a big trend recently. Adobe has been working on putting full feature Flash player into mobile devices. Smartphone that runs android can use the Flash player 10.1. This makes it possible to extend our virtual world into any android mobile device. However, usually we cannot give users a good experience by directly playing the Flash games in mobile phone without any optimization. There are several limitations that we need to consider for running Flash in mobile devices.
The screen size of the mobile devices is usually very small compared to the desktop. It may range from 480x320 to 800x600. We cannot simply scale down everything to fit the screen size. All elements should be of a reasonable size so that they are recognizeable and can be touched. If the buttons are so small that the players can't touch them correctly, it will be useless.
