In this chapter, you learned how to deploy AirWatch Workspace to mobile devices. AirWatch Workspace is the latest technology that allows us to better fulfill the BYOD deployment to users. With AirWatch Workspace, you are able to deploy a virtualized encrypted container at the operating system layer and not the device layer, which can be considered invasive on user's personal devices.

Throughout this chapter, we looked at workspace management at a high level to understand where it fits within EMM. We then looked at BYOD in more detail and why workspace management makes the most sense with BYOD before setting up your organization groups and smart groups in preparation for enrollment. Next, you learned where to configure AirWatch Workspace and the options available for configuration.
