As a developer, I need to know how source code for the system is going to be managed and version controlled, so that I will be able to appropriately keep/store the code I write:
- Create a blank SCM repository for the system—hms_sys
- Populate the repository with the baseline information and documentation needed for ongoing use
- Establish and distribute whatever credentials are needed for dev team members to access the repository
