Customer Identity with Okta

Acme also decided to try the Okta Customer Identity product as a solution for managing external customers. The main goal for Acme is to create frictionless registration and login for the existing and future cloud apps the company plans to develop. At the same time, the company wanted to keep strong security using Okta’s adaptive MFA.

This step is optional and only required if you don’t have an Okta Customer Identity account:

  1. To create a Customer Identity trial account, go to https://www.okta.com/free-trial/customer-identity/ and select Customer Identity Trial if it’s not selected already:
