In this chapter, we spent some time going over some of the common aspects for preparing your HTML5 application or website for deployment on a public web server. Although there is no common practice for project preparation for the web, there are many aspects like optimization of code and file structure that, when given the proper amount of time, will keep your content stable and keep delivery times from server requests to a minimum. Sometimes anticipating issues is not a reality until you have had valid user testing completed on your project. This form of user testing, unless you have a team at your disposal, usually comes in the initial launch of your application to the public.
