Overview of assessment options


To ensure your users are actually learning (or not learning) the content, assessment options are critical, as they can show you how users are doing, and provide invaluable information when it comes to revising your content and better addressing your audience.

Articulate Storyline makes assessment easy by providing many options, which are broken out into two groups: form-based quiz questions and convert-to-freeform quiz questions.

Form-based questions are those designed by plugging information into a preset form. Convert-to-freeform questions are those designed independent of a form, or designed statically, and then converted to an interactive quiz question. Form-based questions can be modified using the options presented in Form View.
