Challenges of implementing digital marketing

The challenges of implementing digital marketing include the following ones:

  • Varied and rapidly changing technological base demanding more agility in application deployments.

  • High volumes demand that not only should the technology deployed be functionally scalable, but should also be capable of retaining consumer attention by ensuring that frontend channels are well designed for ease of use. For example, by functional scalability, we mean that a customer should be able to navigate all the products and services that the organization offers on a single platform. Ease of use refers to customer experience and easy to carry out end-to-end transactions.

  • Ensuring information security in digital marketing is exposed to the most vulnerabilities as the organizations' applications get exposed to a larger public through websites, portals, shopping carts, and so on.
