Time for action - using Mass Edit to assign leads


  1. 1. In the list view, select the leads, potentials, or accounts that you want to assign. Click on the Mass Edit button:

  2. 2. A popup window appears containing all of the record's fields. Now, select a user from the Assigned To dropdown. For example, we've selected Bob Johnson:

  3. 3. Now click Save:

  4. 4. The selected leads are now assigned to bob.johnson:

What just happened?

We assigned multiple leads to a user by using the Mass Edit feature. You can use this feature to also edit any other fields in multiple leads, potentials, or accounts at once.
