Vinicius R. Apolinario has worked with IT for more than 10 years, working with Microsoft Products, managing servers and the environments within small, medium, and large companies. He has a strong background in managing Microsoft Servers such as Active Directory, Exchange, and other Windows Server Components. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer and System Engineer on Windows Server 2012 and Private Cloud. Besides being a Microsoft Certified Professional, he holds a Cloud Computing Certification from Exin and teach classes on this technology.

Today, he works for Microsoft Brazil as a Technical Evangelist focused on Infrastructure. As part of his job, he does presentations for partners and customers about products such as Windows Server, Hyper-V, System Center, and Windows Azure. Before this role, he worked at Microsoft Brazil as a member of the Windows Server and Private Cloud Product Team as Technical Specialist. He is the owner of the blog ADM de Redes (www.admderedes.com.br) (PT-BR) where he shares his knowledge with other professionals.

Edvaldo Alessandro Cardoso is a virtualization and management subject matter and enthusiast, author, and Evangelist. He works at Insight Enterprise as a Practice Manager for Cloud and Emerging technologies, leading award winning IT projects in key areas involving Cloud, Virtualization, Security, Messaging, and Hosting within the IT, Health, and Government industries.

Microsoft's Most Valuable Professional in virtualization since 2009, his product skill set includes Microsoft infrastructure technologies such as O365, Hyper-V, System Center, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, IIS, and Forefront. He also has sound knowledge of Quest Migration Manager, Linux Infrastructure, Networking, Security Solutions, and VMware in complex and large scenarios.

He is a well-known speaker at IT-related events and author of the book System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012 (http://www.packtpub.com/microsoft-system-center-virtual-machine-manager-2012-cookbook/book), and technical reviewer of the Windows 2012 Hyper-V Cookbook, and VMware 5.1 Cookbook.

Vicente Rodriguez Eguibar is the co-founder of Eguibar Information Technology S.L. Company, dedicated to give IT Consultancy and Services, focusing on corporate directories, networking, virtualization, migration, and IT optimization. He has been director in this company for the last four years, providing services and solutions to Fortune 500 international companies. He has traveled to several countries in Asia, Europe, and America, supervising and managing projects for different companies.

His technical background started in 1993 as an IT trainer. He has also worked in many different positions such as a system operator, technical project manager, and senior consultant for many international companies. Back in Mexico, where he was born, he was certified by Microsoft as Product Specialist, being one of the first people to obtain this certification in Mexico.

At the beginning in Mexico, he administered and managed computer systems for several industrial companies in the automotive sector. Following his performance in Mexico, the CIO office asked him to to design and manage the international communication network and corporate directory for their formal company. After managing this position for three years, he was hired by a German car manufacturing company to design the global corporate directory, being in this position for three years. When the German car manufacturing company sold the IT section to a German telecommunications company, he was appointed to design IT Architecture Infrastructures for external customer companies and government agencies. His last position before creating his own company was for an international call center corporation, where he was in charge to design, deploy, and migrate to the corporate directory, messaging system, and virtualization strategy.

He wrote Instant Hyper-V Server Virtualization Starter, published by Packt Publishing in 2013.
