Getting ready...

This recipe requires the Dialed Number Analyzer services be activated; if it has not already been activated, perform the following:

  1. First log into the Unified Serviceability page (https://cucm:8443/ccmservice).

  2. Navigate to the Service Activations page (Tools | Service Activation).

  3. Activate the Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer Server and Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer services.

  4. Click Save
